Who are you?

Who are you?
A violent storm?
A fragrant breeze?
A colourful butterfly?
A gallant knight?
A humorous clown?
A tender mother?
A romantic lover?
Who are you?

Who are you?
Away in the dark
Loitering pathless, no place to go
Found a shinny stone, happy thoughts
Imagined life to be wonder
Alas! It was just a piece of glass
But lo! You came into my life
Like a violent storm
With tender touch, removed pain
Gave pleasure with a smile
With the swiftness of a storm
Away went my loneliness
Who are you?
A violent storm?

Who are you?
In the midst of the woods
Lost I felt, lonely
Desperate with fears and woes
Ah! went my thoughts of pain
The glass which heartless pierced
I bled, but thy fragrance
Made me forget pains
Art thou a violent storm?
Or a fragrant breeze?
Who are you?
A fragrant breeze?

Who are you?
Sorrows and pain of love
Doth torture a human
A pain which can’t be erased,
Me thickest my colours are gone,
Ah! You came in with
Vibrant colours, a little butterfly,
Flying around, tickling with your little legs
Your colours made my world colourful
You took away my worries with your wings
Who are you?
A little butterfly?

Who are you?
The pain of a sharp glass
Right in the center of cupid’s favorite
I bled oh! what pain
Thou likest a gallant knight
Walkest into my life
Nay thou art not armed with armors
Thy only armor was thy
Care, thy tender care for me
Thou camest and lo! the
Glass broke into pieces, away it went
Who are you?
A gallant knight?

Who are you?
Gloomy was my life
Filled with colours
Fragrant and painless
But a gloomy existence, it was
Thou camest like a clown
You made me laugh
And lo! The gloom of my life
Away it went
Not knowing where
The joy of life back again
Who are you?
A humorous clown?

Who are you?
My life filled with joy
Gods granting me everything
But happiness away,
The tender touch of a mother
In you I felt,
The care, the love of a mother
Care, never felt by me
For ages together,
So tender and pure
You changed my life
Who are you?
A tender mother?

Who are you?
Ah! In a daze I live,
I knowest the pain in thy heart
The pain which I had
Thou clearest for me,
A world of wonder, if
I had cleared it, for thee
Do I mean the same?
As thou meanest to me?
My gallant knight, fragrant breeze,
Violent storm, little butterfly,
Tender mother, my romantic hero,
Thou art my world

I knowest
What thou art to me
Do I mean the same to thee?
Be a part of me!
